Lorine Annie Ohe, age 83, of Clovis, California, peacefully passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024 after a beautifully lived life. She was born January of 1941 to Andrew Ostini and Dorothy (Albertoni) Ostini.
Full of love, laughter, and always beautifully put together, Lorine touched the lives of all who knew her. Witty and smart, she was a legal secretary for over 50 years. Her greatest passion was spending time with her family doing just about anything. She loved to share her favorite things with us like cooking, doing her puzzles, caring for our animals, and even listening to music which was always playing in the background. Music was a joy as she played the clarinet and accordion when she was young. And, if you couldn’t find her running around the house, she was curled up with one of her many romance novels. Through the years, Lorine discovered traveling with family and especially John, and their countless adventures around the world was something she adored. She was also a cherished member of Torchbearer Zeta Zeta Chapter, Fresno of Beta Sigma Phi, and a sorority member for over 50 years. Lorine’s impeccable nature and legacy of kindness will forever remain in our hearts.
Lorine is survived by her loving husband, John Ohe of 63 years; her daughter Marlis Luhring (Richard); and her daughter Cindy Liddell (Lance); her sister Arline Mello.
Lorine was preceded in death by her parents Andrew & Dorothy Ostini and her sister Dorline Camozzi.
She also leaves three grandchildren, Sarah, Haley and Scotty, and a great granddaughter, Sophia Grace.
A celebration of life for Lorine will be held Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Boice Funeral Home, 308 Pollasky Ave, Clovis, CA 93612.
