Frank David Maul

He graduated from McLane High School, Class of 1968, and then attended California State University, Fresno, and Hastings College of the Law, earning a Juris Doctor degree in 1975. Frank went to work as an associate attorney, later promoted to partner, at the law firm of

Stammer, McKnight, Barnum & Bailey where he practiced law as a litigatorfor41years.

Frank upheld the highest ethical and professional standards as a tri-al attorney and quickly earned a reputation as a civil, fair, and effective litigator. He was a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Northern California Fraud Investigators Association, and the

Northern California Association of

Defense Counsel, where he served as a member of the Board of

Directors for six years. He generously gave his time to mentor many young attorneys, offering them the benefit of his considerable trial ex-pertise.

Frank was married for 45 years to his high school sweetheart, Christine Maul, with whom he raised three children. They traveled the world together, and especially enjoyed the European countries of France, Italy, Germany, and Austria.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Wilbur and Stella Maul.

He is survived by his wife, Christine Maul; son, Benjamin and his fiancée, Kelly Rolen; daughter, Elizabeth Padilla and her husband Jeff; son, Adam Maul; sister, Lynne West and her husband Larry; nephew, Scott West and his wife Andrea, and his daughter, Amanda West; and his niece, Chrissy White and her husband David, and her step-children, Sydney and Justin. Frank was also a special person in the lives of many of his children's high school friends, who found in the Maul household a warm and welcoming place to be.

A Celebration of Frank's rich and full Life will be held at Pardini's Restaurant, 2257 West Shaw Ave., Fresno, CA on Wednesday, Sep-tember7,2016,at5:00p.m.
