Paula Carlo

Paula Carlo, age 103, passed away on December 18, 2020. Born in Detroit, Michigan on December 12th of 1917 to Francesco and Francesca Lombardo. Dear wife of the late Joseph V. Carlo. Loving mother to Vincent Carlo and the late Sharon DiNello (Frank). Cherished grandmother of Ginny (Doug) Young, Elesha (Pete) Halko, Paula (Mick) Cort, Sam (Nicole) DiNello, Lhena (Brian) Walewski, and Joe (Joanna) DiNello. Great-grandmother to D.J. (Alyssa), Frank, Alexa, Julia, Isabella, Franco, James, Matthew, Brock, Estella and Vivienne. Great-great grandmother to Lyla. She is also survived by sister Margaret (Richard) McRae and close relative Elizabeth (Tom) Dominic. Paula is preceded in death by her brothers Sam (Mary) Lombardo, Roy (Pat) Lombardo. She is also survived by many other loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

The family will greet visitors at St. Isidore Catholic Church, 18201 Twenty Three Mile Road in Macomb on Monday, December 21st, 2020. She will be instate at 9:30am until the time of mass at 10:00am. Following funeral services, Paula will be laid to rest next to her husband Joseph at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Detroit, Michigan.
