Ronald C. Bartter

Ronald Carroll Bartter (age 79) passed away peacefully on December 11, 2024. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Pamela J. Bartter (nee Warren), sons Todd (Kelly), and Bradley. He was the loving grandfather of Faith and Andrew Bartter.

He is survived by his four siblings and their spouses, Dennis Bartter (Carole), William Bartter (Beth), Martha Peterson (Jeff), and Kim Linger (Tom), and many nieces and nephews.

Ron grew up in Columbia Station where he graduated from Columbia High School in 1963. He maintained several lifelong friendships over the years. He served Honorably in the U.S. Army for two years. Ron retired from United Airlines after 35 years.

Ron’s hobbies included hunting, golfing, gardening and drinking mocha frappes, which he had almost daily. He enjoyed traveling with Pam, especially to Naples, Florida where he loved being in the sunshine, swimming, and playing golf. He was an amazingly kind hearted man, always pleasant and willing to help others. Ron was blessed to have a devoted group of friends, neighbors, and family who enriched his life greatly. Ron’s legacy lives on in the hearts of his family and in everyone fortunate enough to have known him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love, laughter and fond stories.

Family will recieve friends Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 11:00am-12:00pm. A celebration of life service will be held immediately following.
