Michelle Cotton

Michelle Cotton was born on April 13th,1961 to the late Johnnie B. Cotton and Ferdie Lee Cotton. Michelle is 1 out of 6 children; three big sisters and two big brothers. She was the youngest baby girl.

She accepted Christ at a young age and she attended Pneuma Chapel. She loved to pray and read the word of God. She grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and was a pupil at Cleveland Schools.

Michelle was a loving person and had a wonderful, joyful spirit. She loved her family very much. She enjoyed playing card games with family, doing word searches, and loved watching cooking shows. Everyone loved the special touch she had when cooking chicken. No matter what, she always kept a smile on her face. Michelle will be truly missed by many. She shared a lot of happy moments with her loving family and friends.

God called Michelle to his lovingly home on October 26, 2022. She leaves behind her siblings Barbara Farrow, Renee Peavy, Linda Hugley (John Hugley), Ronnie Cotton, and Johnnie Cotton (preceded her in death). She shared three children with Booker T. Williams (preceded her in death). Her children are Reginald Cotton (preceded her in death), Dionte Cotton (Eboni Cotton), and Shatia Cotton. She has eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and a host of aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A visitation/walk through for Michelle will be held Friday, November 11, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cummings & Davis Funeral Home, 13201 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44112. A wake will occur Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM, 13201 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44112. A funeral service will occur Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 11:00 AM, 13201 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44112. An interment Riverside cemetery will occur.
