Irene C Sammons, age 90, of Cleveland, Ohio passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023. Irene was born in Logan, WV. Daughter of Violet Thompson and John Duncan, both deceased.

Devoted wife of 43 years to Rufus Sammons (deceased), loving mother of Kathy (Art) Porter, Roger Sammons, Edward Sammons (deceased) wife Jewell, and Franklin (Melanie Metzler) White, dearest grandmother, great grandmother, dear sister of Lucille Blevins and Tom Duncan (both deceased), dearest aunt and friend of many.

Family will receive friends Wednesday , May 17, 2023, from 5 - 8 PM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home 14768 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, Ohio 44111. Service Wednesday Evening at 7:30 PM.

Family will also receive friends Friday, May 19, 2023, from 11 - 1PM at Freeman Funeral Home 220 Main Ave. Chapmanville, West Virginia, 25508.

Burial Highland memory Gardens, Chapmanville, West Virginia.
