Correction it’s been two years I must’ve lost a year somewhere down the road.

Well it’s been a year today.  Still don’t seem real. 
Rest easy my friend . 

Today is the one year anniversary that you went to heaven. 
It’s more like a nightmare, 
I miss you my friend. Rest easy. 

God I miss you!! You were my best friend! This is one of the hardest hits my heart has ever taken! Its torture! God I need you, just like Lynyrd Skynyrd said I need you and I do!!!! Im so grateful for the time I was given with you. But i still don't understand why God put you in my life just to take you from me so soon, I fell for you SO HARD AND SO FAST...How do i live without you?

I can't believe it's been a little over 3 months now since you passed.. Still don't feel real.  I miss not seeing you driving up and down the street  especially  now that the weather is getting nicer..

Rest easy My Friend . 

We met Bucky thru anther friend about 3 months ago. We didn't know him very long, but we got to know him quite well while having him over for pancakes at our home and hanging out at his mother's in his beloved truck! Just today Julie and I stopped at his mother's because he was not returning our calls or texts after a small disagreement and wanted to make ammends and put our differences in the past and make sure our friend was doing OK.. Bucky was that way, you just wanted him as your friend and we missed him dearly! When we got to his mother's today and went to the door we did not expect his mother to say to us.. "you don't know? Bucky past away Jan 10th" what a way to find out that you lost a good friend! I wish the last time we spoke with Bucky would have ended on a better note, because you just never know what the man upstairs has in store for you... To Buckys mother who was so kind to us, your son was a friend and great acqaintence to us and we'll never forget him or our short encounter this morning.. Thank you for being so kind and understanding to us for not knowing! I hope this memory will shed a little light on our strange encounter today... We are better people for having met Bucky and only knowing him a short while. Abo9ut a week before he passed he shared a very life impacting story with us and in that we found a man with a bigger heart than most, I almost could not believe what this man was telling us, we had no idea.. But his big heart led to his salvation and made us see the real Bucky and we'll cherish that day for many, many years! To Bucky, man, husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin and our friend.. We're sorry you were taken so soon, but to be called home early to be with our creator, you must be very special indeed and He must have great plans for such a great man! You will be missed dearly my friend... God speed! 

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you kay and your family of the loss of  ur son Don.  Praying for Gods comfort and strength. He will be missed very much.   We love you ❤️

I met Don somehow on FB
He messaged me out of the blue.

I hesitate to reply to strangers, though he seemed nice enough.

It just so happened that night my mother was rushed to the ER. There was no one I could contact. All of a sudden - I get a message from Don. I told him where I was & what was happening & I was alone & scared. He stayed on text all night into the wee hours with me. He comforted me when no one else was there. A perfect stranger to me - with the BIGGEST heart I had EVER met.  He expressed to me a particular person he really loved & was having diffrences with at the time. 
We did not speak after that as I knew he had a significant other & I did not want to compromise that. (I am not that way).

He continued to let me know he was still out there by sending me a regular FB poke. 
That was our frienship - a simple FB poke to let me know he was there....

Until I didn't get them anymore. 
I wondered where my trusted friend had gone.
I searched FB for him & could not find him.
I thought of him everyday & hoped he was out in that great wide world and that he was O.K. & safe - the way he made me feel that night my mom was in the ER.

Then I found this today! I am beside myself - my heart breaks - I cannot believe this is real. 

I honestly know nothing about him...
Except he has the BIGGEST HEART I have ever met & he held my hand that night & walked me down the dark road I was on & let me know it would be O.K. I had a friend.

I will NEVER forget him for that!!!

I will always be left wondering what happened to that sweet, compassionate soul 😥

I wanted to let all of his family & friends know - he was a secret agent for love & healing. He touched my life & heart in a way he will NEVER be forgotten!!

I still can't believe your gone. So many  memories I will cherish .  From high school and  growing up together . Many of laughs. I'll always remember you. Rest In Peace Bucky. My prayers go to Bucks family. 

I remember me you chris Brian Dennis and Josh jumping off the water fall at brookside good memories miss you buddy 

I'll never forget you big brother, so many memories I've had growing up were with you. You helped me get my first car running so I could get to work, helped us split wood so we would stay warm in the winter, and taught me alot of swear words in the process. I cant say I have a bad memory with you in it, I love you bucky, and I'm sorry i couldn't be there today, but I know you're with me. Rest easy, big bro.

Don, I miss you already. I will never forget all of our talks that we don't share with anyone. Our fun visits to my home in Michigan and my hubby Scotty taking you to the Michigan Nascar race 3 years ago. You all had a blast. I will love you cousin ❤  and you will be in my heart forever. RIP BUCKY! 

So many memories. One in particular. I was babysitting you three and Andrea was just a baby. You and Chris had the flu and bless your hearts you guys threw up all night long. I spent the whole night  cleaning you guys up and washing sheets. I felt so bad for you. But I wouldn't trade that memory or that time for any money in the world. I love you and I enjoyed our phone calls.  Until I meet you in Heaven--Rest with Jesus.  Cousin Shari. 

So many memories don’t know where to start. So many years. Your & Josh & Dennis. Just recently us talking lunches.  RIH
