At the age of five her parents relocated to Cleveland, Ohio where she remained until her demise. Clobert attended Cleveland schools graduating from John Hay High School in class of 1955, majoring in dressmaking and home economics.
She was employed as a seamstress at Parklawn Cleaners for some years, where she met her darling Claude Bailey. On June 7, 1959, she united in marriage with Claude Bailey Sr., with this union was created two children (twins) Claude Bailey Jr. and Claudette Bailey. Clobert was an only child so marrying into a big family of the Bailey’s made her life’s passion intriguing and wonderful to be a part of. Clobert was very outgoing and loved traveling and enjoying life with family and friends. She always had the ability to make people smile, taking pictures and capturing every moment of enjoyment was one of things she loved
best.
She is survived by her Husband (Claude Sr.); Two children -Claude Jr. (Zerrine) & Claudette, Three GrandchildrenAndrew, Daniel & Destiny, One Great Grandchild (Demi); Two sister in-laws, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A wake for Clobert will be held Sunday, November 17, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Cummings & Davis Funeral Home, 13201 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44112. A funeral service will occur Sunday, November 17, 2024 at 1:30 PM, 13201 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44112. Interment private.
