Services will be held Friday, December 20 at 11 AM at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. Taylor Rd. Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery.
Family requests no visitation.
