Dear Iris and Family of Mr. Mort November,
I had the pleasure of meeting Mort in the late 1970s while I was a college student.  My vocabulary of adjectives is insufficient to describe the kind of man he presented to this earth.  I will send Iris personal written communication expressing my respect and deep admiration of her beloved, Mort.  I humbly submit my deepest sincere condolences and sympathy to you all.

  I read with sadness in the Fairmount Temple Bulletin of your beloved Mort's death.  He was an exceptional and generous man and you had a very special relationship together.
  May you all be comforted by the good times and the good memories of your lives with Mort November.

Dear Iris,

I just heard from Nan Cohen about Mort's passing. Oscar and I are very sorry to hear that. I still remember him approaching me at Mt. Sinai Hospital as an insurance man. Since then, we have been friends. He specially requested for siopao, a Filipino dish. He was a good man, a friend and a very compassionate person as he had shown with all his humanitarian works. We will remember him in our prayers. Our best regards and thoughts of you and your family.

One of the nicest men I've known. I met him many years ago as a Lincoln customer and he still remembered my name years after when we met accidentally. A true gentleman. I wish only good memories for his family and friends to bring comfort.

Mort was truly an awsome person!!!  Always had a joke to tell and a big smile to go along with it.  He made my day everytime I had the opportunity to take care of him or just visit with him.  There was never a dull moment with Mort.  He will always have a spot in my heart.

Mort was an inspiring man who made the world a better place. He was a treasured friend, and a mensch. To know him was a great gift. May his memory be for a blessing. I will miss him so very much.
