I remember Irv as a gentle, sweet man that my father trusted and depended on.  I am so glad you had all these years to enjoy him and I am so sorry to hear of your loss.  I know his memory will be a blessing for your family.

Dear Myrna and beloved family,  Myrna you are especailly in my mind today and I am sending you so much love.. Just the word memory sparks a flood of love and remeberences of Irv.  I guess there is an even deeper place in my heart for Irv because he was Dad's favorite and I know that Yonkle always  felt that way about Dad. I am saddened to hear about the passing of Irv.  My family goes back a long way with yours and I have many very fond memories of you all, but especially working with Irv when we did some store remodeling years ago.  He was a wonderful man and I know that he will be greatly missed.  My deepest condolences to you all.  May his memory be a blessing.

I have such fond memories of spending time with your family in San Miguel. Your parents welcomed me like I was family. I will never forget when they were talking about some of their friends in town and mentioned Stan Goldberg.  And I was like, "You know Stan Goldberg? The man that drew the Archie comics??" I was addicted to Archie when I was a kid, and when your dad asked me if I wanted to meet him, I couldn't believe it. I still remember that day! Tall Stan and your dad standing there smiling!
