Gladys Post (nee Weinberg) passed peacefully at the home of her daughter in Los Angeles at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Stanley, loving mother of Victoria (Jack dec.) Risko and Anthony Post, treasured mother-in-law of Marjorie Greenfield, cherished grandmother of Dan (Katie) Post, Johnny (Jenny) Risko and Jordan Risko, great grandmother of Jack Risko and Sloane Cassidy Post, devoted sister of Marion Risman (dec.) and Helen Gootrad (dec.), and adored aunt to Robert (Trish) Risman, Wayne Risman, Susan (Gootrad) Reilly, Betsy Gootrad and Nancy Gootrad, Gladys was loving, intelligent, athletic, funny, and beautiful.
Gladys was an accomplished champion golfer and loved figure skating and daily tennis matches with her beloved sister Marion. She maintained long friendships, including with Rene Demsey, her close friend for 70 years. Gladys loved every minute of her life, and we loved her dearly.
