Norman was born in Bridgeport, CT on May 2nd, 1928. He served his country in the Marine Corps for 6 years and married Rosemary Nevulis Reed on September 12th, 1953, at the age of 25. Known as Cuz to all, he was a loving husband, devoted father, and an exceptional neighbor and friend. He worked as CEO of New World/Cousin’s Drywall for 25 years. Norman took loving care of his late wife, Rosemary at his home at Lake Norman.
He is survived by his five children; Jessie Lynn Reed, Cynthia Gilardi, Bruce Reed and wife Diana, Timothy Reed and wife Debbie; Becky Springer and husband Erich; sister, Joyce Jarzamski; ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held 2pm on Saturday, July 11th in the Chapel of Frank Vogler and Sons, Clemmons. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2 PM prior to the service. Committal will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons.
