Janet was born in Vero Beach, Florida, to Chalmers Glenn Coe Jr and Lucy Elizabeth Mills Coe on July 10, 1958. She is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Lucy, and is survived by her loving father, Chalmers “Jack” Coe and her four children, Michael “Bobby” Terry (Amber), Lucas Terry (Jessica) , Michelle Terry (Sean), and Emily Terry (Chris). She is also survived by her brother, Steve Coe, and her sister Pam McKeithen, and her 12 grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.
Janet had a spirit as free and wild as the ocean waves that she loved so much. She loved the beach and she loved music. Those close to her can fondly recall her putting on music and dancing and singing her troubles away. She grew up in a large family with many cousins that she was close with and she adored being an aunt before she eventually had four children of her own. She loved her family very much and was always excited for a new grandchild. The only thing that surpassed her love for her family, was her love for Jesus. She, like her mother, always knew how to pray for those who needed it and had a verse for any situation. Janet was one-of-a-kind and had a beautiful soul and will truly be missed by all who really knew her.

“So you have sorrow now, but I will see you again; then you will rejoice, and no one can rob you of that joy.” John 16:22
