Cheryl Jan Shaw

Ms. Cheryl Jan Shaw, 66, of Pfafftown, passed away, Saturday, August 3, 2013, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home

Cheryl was born March 26, 1947, in Forsyth County, a daughter to the late Eugene Huff and Geraldine Needham who survives her. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by one sister, and special Aunt Elva Needham, Pop and Mamaw Needham whom helped raise her. She was a dedicated daycare teacher for 19 years at Brookstown United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a son, David Shaw and wife, Candace of Welcome; a daughter, Jan Zawatski and husband, Hunter of Pfafftown; three grandchildren, Joshua Shaw, Amber Shaw and Haley Culler; one great granddaughter, Khloe; four sisters; several nieces and nephews and three special grand dogs, Baxter, Sasha and Eva.

Memorial contributions may be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
