Robert was born in Manchester, New Hampshire on March 3rd, 1943 and passed away in Clearwater, Florida on November 27, 2022.
He is survived by his sister Claudette Kuczmanski, his niece Michelle (Mark) Kelly and his grandnephews Andrew and Ryan Kelly. He is also survived by his nephews Mark Lapointe and Christopher (Barbara) Lapointe Sr. and his grandnephew Christopher Lapointe Jr.
He was predeceased by a brother Ronald Lapointe and his parents Roland and Marie (Gingras) Lapointe and loving step-mother Betty Jo Lapointe.
He will be missed by Linda, a close friend of the family and many other friends.
Robert Lapointe was a very avid tennis player and won many awards throughout his life and was featured in Tennis Digest. He unfortunately developed a medical condition that stopped short a promising career. He enjoyed operating a tennis pro shop for many years after retiring from playing tennis.
Robert enjoyed fishing with his longtime good friend Stan Mansfield. He expressed many fond memories of the fishing trips he enjoyed with Stan.
Robert also enjoyed going to the Derby Lanes track to watch the races and enjoy spending time with his friends.
