Maria was born in Piraeus, Greece and was the daughter of Markos and Vivian Kazamarondis. She was Co-owner of the Owl Diner and Mercers Coin Shop in Clearwater, FL.
She was a member of Countryside Christian Center in Clearwater, FL. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and spreading the word of Jesus as well as traveling. She will fondly be remembered for her joyfulness, compassion, loyalty and love for people. One of her favorite things to do was to cook and entertain people.
She is survived by her four children and spouses, Sophia (Rodney Steele), Vivian (Mark Curran), Demetre Sakelson, and Carol (Joe Arkins). In addition she had eleven grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
The funeral services are scheduled at Sylvan Abby, Clearwater, FL with a viewing on Thursday, February 22nd from 5-8pm and memorial service and burial on Friday, February 23rd beginning at 10am.
