Margaret J Pristou, age 97, of Westchase, Florida passed away on Monday, September 23, 2024. Margaret was born on October 14, 1926 in Crabtree, Pennsylvania to John and Volnetta Stepanic. She is survived by her two sons, Leo and Casey, her grandchildren, Danika, Rocky, Clayton, Derek, and Lindsay and her great-grandchildren, Nico and Nadia.
Margaret sought a career in teaching and went to Waynesburg College to achieve her Bachelor's degree in education. She had a very dedicated career teaching high school English and Spanish courses.
Margaret was an avid reader and was hardly ever without a book. She enjoyed crafts and being creative and artsy. Margaret had a kind and sweet soul. She was an animal lover but she really, just loved all life. She would feed deer that would visit her yard and the geese that would come from the pond to her for the food she would also give them.
A visitation for Margaret will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, September 30, 2024 at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759.
