John Kim Haley, age 66, left his earthly life to be with God on November 19, 2019. He was born on August 25, 1953 to Doran and Donna (Carpenter) Haley in Napoleon, Ohio.
John and his parents relocated to Dunedin in the early 1970’s from Woodbury, Tennessee. When Doran and Donna passed, John moved to Mercy Home in Tampa and inherited more family there during the last decade.
John was described as “a man of God”. He loved reading the Bible and carried with him faithfully. His favorite verses are found in Psalms 27. John was also passionate about music. He played guitar and keyboard. John loved Elvis Presley music and one of his favorite songs was Blue Suede Shoes.
His Aunt CeCelia Kern and many cousins in Ohio survive him. He is also survived by his extended family and friends at Mercy Home. He will be sorely missed by his relatives and family.
