Frese, Barbara Ann (Allen) 63, of St. Petersburg died Friday, March 6, 2015 at Suncoast Hospice. A native of Lajolla California, she moved here 51 years ago with her mother Gloria (widow), and two siblings, Suzanne and Rick. She was a graduate of Clearwater High and St. Pete College. She was an entrepreneur and owner of A Quality Indoor Environment, LLC. Prior to owning her own business, she worked in the banking industry and was a Manager at RMIC Underwriters where she led the Tampa Underwriting Office. She lived an amazing life and was a loving wife, mother and good friend to many. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed horses, boating, and golf. She will be missed dearly. Survivors include her husband, Tony Frese; son, Tyson (Kristy) Hough; two grandchildren; and brother, Fredrick (Judy) Allen. Services will be held 11:30AM on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home in Clearwater, FL. Reception to follow will be announced after the service.
