Amy Elizabeth (Becker) Pikulski, age 52 of Clearwater, FL passed away on October 11, 2023. She had survived four cardiac arrests earlier this year and was making a remarkable recovery, however it was God’s plan to bring her home now.
Amy was born January 14, 1971, in Kansas City, KS. Her parents Terri (Zagar) Becker and Albert C. “Chips” Becker, Jr. took her home to live at Lake of the Forest in Bonner Springs, KS. She lived there for her first 11 years.
In 1982 she moved to Bainbridge, OH with her mom and stepdad Terri and Don Himes where she attended Middle School. In 1985 she moved to Clearwater and attended Countryside High School.
In 1999 Amy was married and bought a house in Oldsmar, FL where she raised her sons, Nate and Noah. She affectionately called their neighborhood “The Hood”. She made friends with all of the neighbors and the kids all had fun playing together. She loved her “porch conversations” with neighbors. She especially loved a day at the beach with the moms and their kids. She was a soccer mom and was Nate’s biggest fan.
She was genuine and you always knew where you stood with Amy. She was kindhearted and giving. Her most endearing quality was her loving spirit. Her emotions were intense, and she loved with her whole heart.
She was a good mom and did her best to instill good values in her sons. She was most proud of what fine young men both have become.
Amy is survived by her sons Nathaniel Himes and Noah Pikulski, and her mother and stepfather Terri and Don Himes.
