Sherry A. Eggers

Mrs. Eggers was born August 21, 1938, in Clearfield, the daughter of Roy A. Boyle Sr. and Evelyn (Duckett) Boyle.

She had worked as a legal secretary for various law firms in Clearfield and was a stay at home mom.

Mrs. Eggers was a member of the West Side United Methodist Church of Clearfield.

She loved her family and was known for loving to shop and watching the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers.

Sherry is survived by three children; Tammy J. Eggers and Maureen M. Eggers both of Clearfield and Kimberly A. Levin and her husband Mike of St. Petersburg, FL, five grandchildren; Michael R. Levin and his wife Holly, Alisha N. dos Santos and her husband Diego, Caitlin E. McCoy and her husband Derrick, Samantha J. Levin and her boyfriend Justin Rideout and Ashleigh E.N. Eggers and her fiancé R. J. Christy, five great grandchildren; Leo dos Santos, Charlotte Levin, Shelby McCoy, Isabelle Levin and Leilani dos Santos, a special little fellow, Gunar Martin, a sister, Maureen Allen, an aunt, Barbara Peters and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joseph L. Eggers whom she married April 27, 1957 and who passed away April 19, 2007, a son Douglas J. Eggers, two sisters; Joann Triponey and Mary Rhone and a brother, Roy A. Boyle II.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield with Mr. Richard B. Barkley officiating. Interment will be in Bloomington Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday, July 8, 2016 from 6 to 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the hour of services.
