Sandra Jordan Barrett

A graveside committal service will be held in the mausoleum of Pinecrest Memorial Park in Clayton, North Carolina with Dr. Mark White officiating.

There will be no formal time of visitation.

She was born April 5, 1943 in Wilson County to the late Whitfield Jordan and the late Hazel Irene Tedder Jordan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert “Bert” Tennyson Barrett; and brothers Dennis Jordan and Guy Jordan.

Mrs. Barrett was retired from the North Carolina Department of Justice, Ernst and Young and enjoyed shopping as she hunted for the next bargain.

She is survived by her two children, Steve (Nancy) Barrett and Michelle (James) Parrish; grandchildren, Jessica Parrish, Megan (Aaron) Lee, Rhett Barrett, Lexi Barrett, Tennyson Barrett and Beau Barrett; brothers and sisters, Bonnie (Bobby) Farmer, Mack (Jo Anne) Jordan, Ernst (Fran) Jordan and Gail (Alan) Williams.
