Donna Williams Jones, age 72, of Raleigh, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. Donna was born in Wake County to the late Albert Williams and Irene Hamilton Gardner on December 20, 1950. Donna enjoyed taking road trips, especially to the mountains. She liked going to her little place at the beach and loved flowers. She couldn’t go without her white diamonds perfume and her amazing husband, Danny whom she LOVED so much!
In addition to her husband, Danny she is also survived by her daughter, Mitzi Jones; granddaughter, Sierra Deloatch and husband, Phillip; grandson, Saivon 'SaSa" Robertson; great grandsons, Jeremiah, Jermaine and Joziah; great granddaughter; Jianna; brothers, Allen Williams and wife, Phyllis, Lanny Williams and wife, Beth, Danny Gilcrist and wife, Carol, Ray Williams. Several nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Donna will be held Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 1:00 to 2:00pm at McLaurin Funeral Home with a celebration of her life beginning at 2:00pm in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home.
