Charles Linwood Williams

Charles Linwood Williams, 79, son of the late Leander J. and Viola Benson Williams passed away on Friday, January 25, 2019. Mr. Williams work with real estate for many years and was also an auctioneer.

He is survived by his wife, Louise Williams; children, Andy Williams and wife Sheila of Clayton, Jeffrey B. Williams and wife Jamie of Clayton; daughter, Leigh Anne Williams of Clayton; Barzie Drewry and wife Mei of Holly Springs; grandchildren, Amanda Lynn Williams, Charles Benjamin Williams, Jayce Anthony Williams, Anna Marie Williams and Thad Charles Williams; great grandchild, Angel Lynn Williams; step grandchildren, Jennifer Meehan, Katie Crabtree and Brittany Worlds; step great grandchildren, Layla Foz, Ethan Valerin, Laycie Valerin and Laynie Valerin.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 11:00am in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Carroll officiating. Interment will follow at Powhatan FWB Church Cemetery, Clayton. The family will receive friends on Monday one hour prior to the service from 10 until 11:00 am.
