Bobby Jack Johnson, age 74, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Bobby was born in Johnston County on December 20, 1948 to the late Roy and Lucille Rhodes Johnson. Bobby is the former owner of Bobby’s Aamco Station in Clayton.
He is survived by his sons, William E. Johnson, Charles (Frankie) Franklin Johnson and Gabriel “Gabe” Jonathan Johnson; grandchildren, Jennifer Posey and her husband, Josh, Christopher Pittman and Kollin Johnson; great grandchildren, Hailie Pittman Posey, Fabian "Haiden" Posey, Brookelynn Hepler and Piper Marian Portman.
A memorial service celebrating Bobby’s life will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 2:00pm in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home, casual attire is requested. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:00pm at the funeral home.
