A funeral service for Stephen will be held Monday, July 15, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Reichert's Funeral & Cremation Services, 7320 Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights, CA 95610. Following the funeral service will be a graveside service from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at External Service Location, 7780 Olive St, Fair Oaks, CA 95628.
