Alex's education stemmed from schools in Tijuana and San Diego. He started to work as an autobody repairman at the age of 17. His drive and ambition to succeed would lead him to become the entrepreneur he became. His first business venture lead him to own a custom screen printing and embroidery business for approximately 20 years. It was a family affair when it came to pitching in with all tasks associated in making the business succeed.
Alex met and married the love of his life, Teresa Ybarra. They met when she attended an event hosted by a social car club Alex was a member of The Suwakiris . They were blessed with 48 years of marriage and 2 sons; Alex Macias Jr. and Omar Macias.
Alex's next business venture was close to his heart, working on cars. Since a young man, his passion was in autobody work and mechanic work as well. He opened up his own shop and the rest was history.
Alex was fondly known as " The fix-It Man" or "The Wizard" by family and friends alike. There wasn't a task around that he refused to tackle. If it could be fixed, he was the man. When it came to relaxing, watching movies was his favorite way to chill, he especially enjoyed them when surrounded by his family. Alex was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather. ":Guerro" or "Pecas" as fondly known, will genuinely be missed by all.
