He is survived by five children: David, Michael, Debra, James and Robert, numerous grand-children, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grand-child, and a multitude of nieces, nephews, family and friends in many states.
Joseph was born on April 4, 1926 in Highwood, Illinois and was a long-time resident of Chino, California for 46 years. Joseph was proud to be a Marine and served with Honor in the Pacific during World War II from March 1944 through July 1946. He worked for most of his adult life as a machinist for Lockheed Martin, where he finally retired from in February of 1997. Joseph was also a member of the Southern California Military Insignia Collector's Society.
He accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in 2008. He was, and will always remain, our beloved father, Dad; known as Joe or Uncle Junior to a great, great number of people, but especially as a Brother-in-Christ.
A Funeral Service will be held on May 4th, 2018 at 12:30 pm at; Funeraria Del Angel Chino Mortuary, 13002 S. Central Ave., Chino, CA 91710, Graveside Service to follow at Pomona Valley Memorial Cemetery, 502 E. Franklin Ave., Pomona, CA 91766.
