Born in Cabarrus County on August 12, 1968, she was the daughter of the late Mildred Browning Allen.
In addition to her mother, Kelly was also preceded in death by one brother, Tony Allen.
Kelly loved going to church, and singing. Red was her favorite color.
Those left to cherish her memory are her brother, Terry Allen (Ann); sister-in-law, Judy Turner (Rev. Frank Turner); and so many friends and extended family.
The family will receive friends Saturday, December 28, 2025 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home.
The funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM in the Northcrest Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Dorsia Atkinson officiating. Burial will be at Carolina Memorial Park.
