She was born May 14, 1931 to the late Paul and Maggie Hampton. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Brown Bradshaw. Dot worked at Cannon Mills in the Supply office until she retired. She was a member of Mount Zion United Church of Christ in China Grove where she was a member of the Myers Circle and the choir. Dot was also a member of the Pilot Club in China Grove and served as a past president. Her passion was singing, dancing and photographing her family.
She loved her family, children and grandchildren and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her children, Scott Bradshaw (Carmen) and two daughters, Rebecca Leinbach (Evans) and Sandy Welch (Steve); eight grandchildren, Katie Courtney (Frankie), C. T. Welch, Mandoline Helms (Darren), Alisha Sears, Clifton Welch, Evans Leinbach III, Dalton Bradshaw (Alexi) and Cassidy Sears and 2 great-grandchildren, Bristyl Helms and Hudson Bradshaw.
The visitation and services will be at Mt. Zion United Church of Christ in China Grove, NC , Saturday, June 25, 2022. Rev. Larry Bolick will be officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and the service will be at 11:30 AM.
Memorials may be made to Mt. Zion New Construction fund, Trinity Oaks Lutheran Home or Trellis Supportive Care Rowan Hospice.
