Ann Phillips Hoglen

She was the daughter of the late Clifford “Tip” Phillips and Thelma Phillips of China Grove, NC.

She was preceded in death by her husband Winfred “Hogie” Hoglen, and spent the last years of her life with Ron Chapman “Ron the Barber” of Charlotte who passed away in 2021.

She was a member of the Myrtle United Methodist Church in Gastonia, and worked as a Bookkeeper for Parts Distributors in Charlotte, NC before retiring.

Ann is Survived by her younger Sister Jane Wyatt and Brother in Law, Don Wyatt of China Grove. She had great love for her family; Niece Pam Wyatt Cobb, and Nephew Phil Wyatt (Alicia), Great Niece Brittany Wyatt Rogers (Adam), Great Nephews; Christopher Cobb (Madison), Seth Cobb, Justin Wyatt (Alisha); Great Great Nephews, Cooper and Colden Cobb, Landon and Lawson Rogers, Phillip Wyatt, and Great Great Niece Addison Wyatt.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 12, 2024, Family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 PM, Funeral Services to follow at 2:00pm at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove, NC. Followed by a graveside service at West Lawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to a charity of choice.
