Willy is survived by many who cherished him, his sister Carol and her family, his children: Lisa Anderson, Sara (Michael) Baird, and Marc (Katrina) Anderson. He was also a proud Papa to Amanda Anderson, Alexandra Ince, Arianna and Marc Baird, and great-grandfather to Kodie and CJ Miles, and Krystal Anderson. He was predeceased by his grandson, Cody Ince, and his parents, Robert and Helen Anderson.
Willy will be remembered for his unique sense of humor, his memorable catchphrases, and the love he shared with everyone he encountered. One of his fondest memories was pitching a no-hitter at the newly named Nat Bailey Stadium.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to his palliative nurses, Mandy and Leanne, who brought joy and light into his days.
If there’s one lesson Willy imparted, it was to always “Drive Carefully.”

A celebration of life for William will be held Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Henderson's Funeral Home & Crematorium, 45901 Victoria Ave, Chilliwack, BC V2P2S9.
