On Family day God called on Jeremy,
so innocent and wild
He needed him as an angel,
no longer our earthly child
The plans He has for our tenacious boy,
are greater than of our mind
Walking blindly through this pain,
we're going to eventually find
All the blessings, beauty, love and grace
that Jeremy left behind
We miss his mischievous ways, tender heart and ever moving feet
His love for nature, music and people,
humour that never missed a beat
His laugh & encouragement in all things fun, The love for his brothers, pets, Dad & Mum
We will however, not say goodbye,
for he's with us in our hearts
Instead, it's a 'see you soon Jeremy'
as only in body we part
For heaven is more beautiful now
with Jeremy's angel wings
and earth is made much better
with him been in it,
and the lessons his life brings
