Survived by his daughter Cindy (Dan), son Chris, grandsons Brad and Dylan, and sister Judy (Ed). Predeceased by his wife Gerry, parents Chuck and Lillian and brother Bob.
Born Charles Dennis Jenner in Willow Bunch, Saskatchewan on November 22, 1946, he traveled to British Columbia with his family, initially settling in Clearbrook, moving to North Bend and settling in Cawston. On September 4, 1965 he married his high school sweetheart Gerry and they moved first to Victoria and then later to the lower mainland where they raised their family.
He was the ultimate provider for his family ensuring they had everything they needed, an accomplished drag racer, boat builder, college professor and his opinion was sought by the government regarding trade programs in BC. In spite of his accomplishments he remained a humble man. He had many hobbies including hot rodding, coaching his children's ball teams when they were younger, a love for travel and was an avid reader.
Graveside service at Vedder View Gardens Cemetery 44675 Watson Rd, Chilliwack at 12:30pm.
