Patricia Ann Reeves - Funeral service for Patricia Ann Reeves, 63, will be Thursday, October 27, 2011, 10:00 AM at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel with the Rev. Frank Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Memorial Cemetery. She passed away at UAB, October 24, 2011. She worked at White Knight for 45 years, Heritage Society in Childersburg, Charity work Rainwater Museum in Childersburg. She loved to watch her grandchildren play ball, and was active member of Sleigh Bells. Survivors are her husband, Clarence Ray Reeves of Sylacauga; daughter, Melia Brashear of Childersburg; son Ray Reeves Jr. (Dawn) of Birmingham; father, Maynard Akin of Scottsboro; grandchildren, Colby Brashear, Reeves Brashear, Carson Reeves; brother, Ronnie Akin of Childersburg, Charles Akin Jr. of Sylacauga; nieces, Tanya McKee of Childersburg, Rachel Akin of Montgomery, Candy Akin of Birmingham. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 26, 2011, 5:30-8 p.m. at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel. Pallbearers will be Todd Watson, Chad Slaton, Chad Donahoo, Steve Roberson, Shane McKee, Shawn Ryder.
