Paul J. “Butchie” Buczko, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2022 at the age of 77 years. He was born in Chicago, IL. He is survived by his loving wife Donna of 22 years. He was a loving father to Kelly (Robert) Lunk and Tracy Buczko (John Schiller); cherished grandfather to Jacob Lunk, Ryann Lunk and Jack Schiller. He was a devoted son of the late Paul and the late Cecelia Buczko; treasured brother to the late Rita and the late Rosie; cherished uncle, great uncle and cousin to many. He served in the US Army Airborne. Retired from the University of Illinois at Chicago as Deputy Chief of Police. Paul’s 2 favorite pastimes were riding his motorcycle “Ole Nell” and chilling at home with his parrots Alex and the late Abby.
Memorial visitation is on Thursday, March 24, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm., at Ridge Funeral Home, (Edward A. Tylka, Manager), 6620 W. Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638.
