Margaret U. Lizak (nee Updyke), beloved wife of the late Edward W. Lizak. Loving mother of Mary (Patrick) Callahan, John Lizak, Edward (Marie) Lizak. Cherished grandmother of James and Alexandra Callahan; Edward, Emma and Grace Lizak; Luke, Matthew and Amelia Lizak. Devoted daughter of the late Orie and the late Edna (nee Scholl) Updyke. Dear sister to the late Charles (the late Betty) Updyke; Paul (Kathy) Updyke; her best friend and twin sister the late Mary (the late Charles) Krause. Sister-in-law to Connie (the late Daniel) Fulton. Fond aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Visitation for Margaret will be on Sunday, June 12, 2022, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home,(Edward A. Tylka, Manager), 6000 North Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646. Mass of Christian burial will be on Monday, June 13, 2022 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at St. Francis Borgia Roman Catholic Church, 8033 W Addison St, Chicago, IL 60634.
