Lori E. Schumacher

Lori E. Schumacher, age 60, of Ingleside, Illinois peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, December 27, 2023. Beloved wife of Michael Schumacher for 30 years. Adored daughter-in-law of Michael and Jane Schumacher. Daughter of the late Jerry and survived by Carol. Cherished aunt and great aunt to many nieces and nephews. Lucy the canine pal.

Lori was an avid reader, sportsfan and her favorite flowers were roses. She will be best remembered for always speaking her mind and never holding back. Lori's legacy will forever be remembered for being a loving and caring person and always looking out for the people she dearly loved.

Lori was diagnosed with cancer, and she faced the illness with bravery and strength. Throughout her treatment, she remained positive and focused on the things that brought her joy. Her courage was an inspiration to all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.

A visitation for Lori will be held Monday, January 8, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 North Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646.
