Proud Father of Elisa (Jeanne Dietrich). Loving son of late Albert & late Anna. Dear brother to late Tosca Mowschine. Gilbert was the former owner of Martini's Restaurant at Grand & Franklin in Chicago.

Friday everyone is asked to assemble 9:45 AM for a 10:00 AM Mass directly at St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Church, 6020 W. Ardmore Ave., Chicago, IL 60646. Entombment to follow at All Saints Cemetery, 700 N. River Rd., Des Plaines, IL 60016.
