Claude L. "Chip" Howard, 48, of Chicago passed away on Tuesday February 11, 2014 at Holy Cross Hospital in Chicago. Born on Thursday May 27, 1965 to Claude and Maudella Howard. Cherished husband of Dyane; beloved son inlaw of Dana and Alice Potter; devoted friend to many. Visitation Sunday February 16, 2014 from 3-9pm at The Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home 6901 W.
