Sandra Elizabeth Teachout, passed away on September 5, 2023. She is the loving mother of Sherry (Teachout) DiBacco, Terry Teachout and wife Jana, Shirley (Teachout) and husband Dennis Theoret; grandmother of Megan (husband John), Bret and Delaney, Fredrick, Sandra and Nate, Valerie and Dylan, Hayley and Taylor; great-grandmother of Nathaniel and Noelle, Michael and Layla, and Emmet Stanley; and much love to her best friend, Charlotte Wood.
Sandy was a believer in Jesus Christ, involved in many activities with church, friends, and family.
A memorial service to celebrate Sandy’s life will take place at the Horizon Christian Assembly located at 14920 White Road, Middlefield, Ohio 44062 on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 10am.
