Thomas I. Puckett, 75, of Apison, TN, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015 at his residence. A native of Marshall County, Kentucky, he has been a resident of the Chattanooga area for the past 38 years. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force with 20 years of service and was the son of the late Lawrence and Mildred Puckett. He was also preceded in death by his son, Edward Puckett and a brother-in-law, Paul York. Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years, Glenda Puckett; sister, Ruby Lois Puckett York; two brothers, Darrell Lynn Puckett and his wife, Tracy and Jimmy Richard Thompson and his wife Kathy all of Marshall County, Kentucky. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
