She was born January 10, 1952 in Conway, Arkansas to the late Louie Elmo and Ethel Mae Bishop.
Sheila was a member of Ramp Church. She was an accomplished pianist and loved to crochet.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Sherry Nolan; niece, Deanna May; and two babies, Amanda and Jade Reynolds.
Survivors include her daughter, Cynthia “Cindy” (Stephen) Shipp of Chattanooga; great-nephews, Adam Crumbley and Jacob Crumbley; and great-great-nephews, Bradley Crumbley and Dante Crumbley all of Alabama.
A memorial service will be held at Ramp Church, Chattanooga at a later date.
Sheila will be greatly missed. If you knew her, you loved her and she loved you.
