Ricky Joe Carnes

Rickey was a loving father and grandfather. When he wasn’t watching Tennessee Football, he enjoyed going out to sing karaoke. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

Rickey was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Bettie Carnes.

Rickey is survived by his former wife Carla; sons Rickey Len and Carl; daughter Kelly; grandchildren, Leila and Aurora; brother Roger and Jerry; sisters Debra and Sarah as well as three step-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-7 pm and Friday from 9 am to 11 am at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, Franklin- Strickland Chapel, with a funeral to follow at 11 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow to Tennessee- Georgia Memorial Park, Rossville, GA.
