Raymond Leon Couch

for many years after Raymond retired from the City of Chattanooga, he volunteered at many local nursing homes, he visited, playing his guitar and singing song. He was a gamer and played video games for many years up until he was 80 years old. Raymond had friends all around the world. He loved the Lord and going to church and making gospel music CD's with his church friends. Raymond enjoyed fishing and going on rides in the country with his wife. He had one son, 2 daughters, nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren and loved all of them all.

Raymond was preceded in death by his son Jerry Couch; great granddaughter Taylor Bynum and Mackenzie Skiles; father Earsel Lee Couch and mother Flossie May Couch.

Raymond is survived by his daughters Lisa Couch and Tracy ( Miquel Ramirez) Skiles; grandchildren Gary Skiles, Rashell ( Michael Brian) Marmet; Brandon Skiles, Christen Russell, Joe Russell, Amanda Whitehead, Raven Lara, Paige Chambers and Adrian Lindsey; great grandchildren Breeanna Skiles,Brantley Skiles, Damon Skiles, Brody Marmet, William Marmet, Ryan Marmet, Zayden Bynum, Abigail Brown, Pandora Cline, Ryan Chambers, Keylan Chambers, Breyleigh Chambers and Colton Benson.

A visitation for Raymond will be held Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at New Covenant Church, 2002 E. 37th Street, Chattanooga, TN 37407,followed by a Celebration of life from 2:00 PM with Pastor Johnny Godgiben officiating.
