Mrs. Dobbins was born and raised in Stevenson, Alabama. She was a member of Bayside Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Dobbins.
She is survived by her children, Richard Dobbins, Tony Dobbins, Cynthia Black, Marilyn Presley, Betty Dobbins, Joshua Dobbins and Danielle Dobbins; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 PM on Saturday, January 27, 2024 followed by a Celebration of Life at 3 PM at Bayside Baptist Church (6100 Highway 58, Harrison, TN 37341).
A private burial will be at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Bayside Baptist Church, Children’s Ministry.
