She was the daughter of the late Grady and Estelle Bell and was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Wade.
Joyce was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her three children, Diane Henry, of Ooltewah, TN, Drew (Penny) Wade, of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, Dewayne (Linda) Wade, of Ooltewah, TN, fourteen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, brother, Warren (Evangeline) Bell, of Ringgold, GA, sister, Bonnie Alvey, of Ooltewah, TN, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Jones officiating. The burial will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Native American rites being conducted.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
