Daniel Brian Evans

Daniel Brian Evans, known affectionately to most as Danny, passed away peacefully at home on September 24, 2024, in Ooltewah, Tennessee, at the age of 79. Born on January 29, 1945, in Brooklyn, New York to Louis and Mary, Danny grew up to be a warm and welcoming figure, embodying the spirit of a man who never met a stranger.

Danny's life was marked by his rapid and romantic proposal to his beloved wife, Suzie, with whom he spent 54 years, a testament to his decisive and loving nature. Sadly, his precious Susan “Suzie” Gail Evans preceded him in death in 2023. 

Danny led an extraordinary life that spanned various careers and adventures.

In his earlier years, Danny was passionately involved in music as a keyboard player with The Bubble Gum Machine, bringing entertainment to many. Danny loved reminiscing with friends and telling stories of his days on the road. 

Professionally, Danny dedicated many years of his life to a career as a Realtor, where he was known for his integrity and genuine care for his clients, helping numerous families find their homes.

Danny leaves behind his three precious kitties, who he affectionately called his “babies”; Twinkie, Truffle and Sparky and multiple friends who loved and cared for Danny is his final days. 

A Graveside Service will be held at The Chattanooga Memorial Park Cemetery on October 9th at 1pmto honor his memory followed by a small reception for family and friends.  Advantage Funeral Home in Chattanooga, TN has been entrusted with overseeing the final arrangements.

Those who were closest to Danny during his final days, send their heartfelt thanks to the Home Health Team that cared so thoughtfully for him until the end. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice or the Helen Woodward Animal Center in Fairbanks Ranch, CA, an organization that was significant to Danny. His generous spirit and loving nature will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
