Cynthia “Cindy” Tillman (nee: Davis)

In loving memory of Cindy Tillman (nee: Davis). Born in Michigan, she attended Lake Shore High School, then later in life, moved and settled in Tennessee.
Cindy was a one of a kind unique woman who loved her family, animals, her country and our Lord God.
She was known as the Pocahontas of the family, loving nature and free spirited, she was nick-named “the rebel” by her mother. Cindy gave her all for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Virginia Davis; brother, Craig John Davis; her Nana, Viola Platt; grandparents; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her sisters, Debbie Davis Peck and Pamela Davis Leduc; brothers, Martin Davis and Michael Davis; son, Christopher Matthews; daughter, Jennifer Matthews; granddaughters, Tamara, Amber and Breanna; and 8 loving great grandchildren.
Cindy’s family will share many smiles and tears in the coming days, but are so thankful to have shared her life with her; she will never be forgotten.
She is in the arms of our Loving Father, and will rest in peace for an eternity.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Shelter Church, 9516 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421
Contributions in her memory can be made to St. Jude Hospital, any Veteran’s group or the ASPCA.
